Those reasons represent 95% of all abortions.

Merriam Webster’s dictionary defines socialism as an economic system in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state. The distribution of goods are controlled by the state. It is a system where there is no private property. A stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism.

The top 20% of wage earners pay about 85% of all federal taxes.  That money funds things like our national welfare programs.

According to the most recent reports provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), researchers looked at fertility rates for women of all age groups and ethnicities and found the nationwide rate was 16% lower than what is needed for a population to replace itself.

The first command God gave mankind in scripture was “be fruitful.”  But, man has the penchant to fancy his own ways over God’s.

With 68.7 percent who identify themselves as Christian women, and 18 percent of all abortions obtained by self-discribed

A corresponding Care Net study found that many women with unplanned pregnancies go silently from the church pew to the

abortion clinic, convinced the church would gossip rather than help.

America's greatest need is repentance.

When their mom passed the Landau brothers of NJ had a garage sale to clear out their mom’s house, but they decided to keep a few things including mom’s old creepy painting of a woman passed out in a chair and two men trying to revive her.

Turns out it was a long lost Rembrandt that ultimately sold for $1.1 million.

The key to thriving in God’s Kingdom is understanding that every member in The Body of Christ is vital called to ministry.

40 days of twice daily taunting from Goliath sent Saul and the Israelite army reeling in fear.  But David’s passion for YHWH, conviction, and full persuasion stirred King Saul.

When people are on fire for God it often provokes others to glob on to that fire.

But we must be careful to resist the well-meaning overtures of the flame-less by-standers.

Saul meant well, but his armor couldn’t help.  It would only slow David down.

For years, the promoters of the spurious “settled science” narrative have claimed there this a 97-99% consensus among scientists about man-caused climate change.

However, thanks to a recently published survey of top-level climate scientists conducted by Fairleigh-Dickinson University and The Heartland Institute we now know  41% of climate scientists don’t believe in catastrophic climate change.

Last I checked, science is never conducted by consensus any way. Many of us have known the “climate science” debate wasn’t settled. This extensive study supports that idea. Science requires questioning.

Protests against the Communist Chinese government’s draconian COVID protocols have broken out all across the nation. Dubbed the “White Paper Revolution,” it is reportedly the largest protest in China since Tiananmen Square in 1989.

After three years lockdown policies, a fire in a high rise building in the capital of the Xinjiang province ignited the protests.

The government forcibly locked citizens in their apartments preventing them from being able to escape a building fire. At least ten people were killed and many others injured.

The government’s policies literally killed people and the Chinese citizens are saying, enough!

The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments in the 303 Creative v. Elenis case. The issue in the case is whether the state of Colorado has the legal authority to compel Lorie Smith, owner of 303 Creative, to design custom websites for messages that violate her deeply held religious beliefs. That has landed her at the Supreme Court.

This could be an early test of the breadth and scope the newly passed DisRepect for Marriage Act. The conservative majority at the Supreme Court could offer a shot across the bow concerning free speech and religious liberty in this case.

The U.S. Senate has now passed the misnamed “Respect for Marriage Act.” The measure invites predatory lawsuits against people of faith, stigmatizes biblical values and ultimately seeks to drive Christians from the public square.

Though the GOP has billed itself as the party of family values, 12 Republicans joined their Democrat colleagues in the Senate to pass the bill. It could not have passed without Republican support.

Many have warned that the sexual deviancy political agenda’s advancement would come at the cost of exterminating religious liberty in America.

This bill is the sobering fulfillment of that admonition.

“And seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to see if he could find anything on it. When he came to it, he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.”  Mark 11:13 (ESV).

From a distance, the fig leaves gave Jesus the impression that there was fruit on the tree.  Upon closer inspection, the tree was fruitless.

Perfect church attendance and ministry activity cannot replace actual Christ-like fruit produced in our lives.

From a distance, it can appear as though we’re bearing fruit but what would we find with a closer look?

Are we content with fruitful appearance or do we yearn for the real thing?

One morning, Elisha’s young servant went out first thing and saw the Syrian army surrounding Elisha’s home town. The servant was racked with fear and cried out to Elisha, “What will we do?” Elisha said, “Don’t be afraid.  There are more with us than are with them.”  Then Elisha prayed, "LORD, open this young man’s eyes.” The servant then saw mountain full of horses and chariots of fire!

As opposition mounts in our lives, fear not, the LORD - who is in us and with us - is greater than the hostility present in the world.
